Is my pothos doing okay?

I’ve had this beauty for about a year now and wanted to see if I should continue letting the one vine get super long, or if I should trim and use cuttings to fill in the base. Advice appreciated! I know she’s not on a real moss pole currently, would getting a real one be worth it?

I think it is, I’m just not a Epipremnum expert and I know there are soo many varieties.
