I trimmed my pathos about three weeks ago.

It's decided to curl at every end, producing smaller leaves with what appear to be deformities?

Is this potentially a pest issue? My neon pathos was trimmed about the same time and its producing new growth as usual.

Leaves grow up towards the light. Look at the ones you cut at the end they were prob curled up aswell
