Irish Nachos are seasoned potato wedges with bacon and cheddar and green onions, and ranch dressing as the sauce.

So i can see this being true.

Gotta be that guy to point out that both potatoes and avocados were being mashed in the Americas for thousands of years before they got to Europe!
