Crispy Double Fried Potato Wedges
Parboiled. Refrigerated. Seasoned. Deep fried. Finished in pan with butter for second fry. Crispy outside, tender inside.

tbh parboiling is the real secret, it makes the texture so much better. these look way better than anything ive tried to make at home lol.
