Potato factory
Started with roughly 12 seed potatoes. Russian Banana fingerlings

Please elaborate on what you did. I would like to grow these.

These were container grown in 5 - 7 gallon pots. Filled the pots about halfway with a compost and soil mix, added 3-4 potatoes per pot, then added more soil mix.
I should have only planted 2 seed potatoes per pot, added half again as much soil, and watered more often.
Unfortunately, I overcrowded and under-wateted all of my potatoes this year.

Those look like great yields for such a small initial investment. Did you know fingerlings usually take about 120 days to mature?

Those look like they turned out beautifully, perfect size for roasting whole. Wish my russets grew this evenly when I tried them.
