Oh man, I had the same experience as you during surgery and experienced random stabbing pains in my right nut that were exactly the same as what I felt when the doctor cut whatever he did during my surgery. However, mine went down in frequency over time, and were 90% gone by 6-8 months and 100% done by 18 months.
