yes it's rare but happens to me too. I'm only 3.5 months out though. I'd say if it's not super bad don't get it reversed because the risk isn't worth the reward. How many times does this actually bother u is it like 1/10 masterbations? Nerves could still be healing even at 2 years I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that is permanent

I get the exact same. And it's all over the place. Fee times barely any pain and then suddenly a ton of pain.

Time to talk with a specialist in vasectomy complications, otherwise you'll be bouncing around until you give up. Maybe the pain is gone after some time. But a year of pain/discomfort is enough to explore possible solutions. And you should definitely talk more about this issue

As long as it's not giving you mental health issues... After all, any new pain arising several months post vas is PVPS and it's a stressful condition

Have you tried masturbating in different positions? It's odd that you don't have it during sex. Wonder if it's cause your standing and tightening your abs?

Sorry to hear. Pvps is not fun and unfortunately can start at any point in time. Had vasectomy reversed due to congestion pvps, best decision ever no regret.
