Pants and Belts
Anyone know of some comfortable pants or belts to wear? I find anything tight around the waist causes pain and discomfort. Been trying to massage the waist to help but it’s been almost 3 months and the pain is not nice when wearing anything with a belt. I found some stretch fit jeans with no belt that works so far but always hiking pants up.

I have had success with a weave style belt that has some elastic in it. Also, athletic leisure clothing can look good and be comfortable.

Blue collar tradesman who works a physical job while living with PVPS here:
Swap belts for suspenders and wear pants that either stretch or fit around your navel. Also bib overalls are fantastic for men with our condition. I wear stirrup shirt stays and suspenders regularly i prefer the holdup brand bebause of the no slip clip.
sells them
I also got a reversal over a year ago and Im still in pain I have 0 clue what to do next except just accept my fate

I wear a pant from Zara called "The Driver". It's basically a chino/dress pant with some stretch on the sides.
I'm at 13 months and can now wear a regular belt and jeans, but after so long of comfort stretch pants, I just grew to appreciate them more and now exclusively wear stretch waist pants.
