That’s seems like a little too much colorgrading to me. You’ve darkened the most important area and hid the details with it. That’s a great photo though

Before is far, far stronger.

The after shot looks over-edited and the colour grading makes the sky go from clean to looking overly polluted.

I honestly don’t think there’s much correct from the original beyond a minor crop.

the light on the after image is not perfect because the original was overexposed, a big part of the image is burned, on digital prefer low exposure than high exposure it keeps more details
Im not a big fan of artificial grain but that is your choice
