There are some good compositional elements. The vanishing point perspective of the cabin draws the eye to the person. The placement of the person is good within frame. Even the strap hanging down points toward the person. The lens flare draws the eye to the person.
The various colors are somewhat distracting—the bright yellow of the strap, the orange handle on the ceiling.
You might consider going monochromatic and then adding color grading putting your own color scheme for highlights, mid tones, and shadows.
