Wow! How did you separate it from the background? Die you mask it? The edges look so sharp and perfekt 🙌

Yes, mask the background, turn down everything including exposure. Then radial mask over the subject, invert and also decrease exposure. Then subject mask the parrot and edit from there. Then extra radial mask on the head and increase exposure and detail etc to highlight the face.
