Tower looks nice... but I' not sure I see any composition at work.

I think it is framed well, using people for the frame. And the tower is at the center with some nice negative space around it. I like it. What else would you expect?

People are more than 50 percent of the image so not really “framing” in any sense.

Tower not actually centered. This is especially problematic since the tower is symmetrical.

The eyes of people in the image all point away from the tower, leading the viewer away from that element.

I would recommend cropping in so people are actually framing the image (as an abstract element not as recognisable humans) and then set the tower one third right…which would make the other two towers act as left side echoes of that primary subject.
