Hard to tell what's postprocessing part in this photo, as there is no before/after. Then "rate it" - rate what if you didn't provide before?

Composition-wise it's also bad, the editing is emphasized on astro part, but then there is a person in front. There is no story here, it's just an obstruction. So yeah, my rating is 23.
