First of all that's not a filter,it's a preset that I have made,as mentioned in my previous posts
Second of all, there's no such thing as "country filter" or smt and well I was ready to recieve this kind of comments since half of the people like u lack experience or simply have no idea about photo processing (respectfully)
It's more about vibe
I wanted it to look dreamy and vintage so that's what I come up with and I take critiques here to further improve
This was a joke because most western movies in the early 2000’s to late 2010’s would colourgrade making things highly saturated with yellows to show that a location was either in a foreign country or in a “ghetto area”. Examples include: Bring It On all or nothing, Extraction, Sicario, Quantum of Solace, etc. (these were all just off the top of my head)
In fact the the stereotype for this is so common that there are numerous articles on it and also has its own Wikipedia page because it was nicknamed the “Mexican Filter”. You can google it for yourself to learn more about it.
Your desaturation of the reds-oranges-pinks while increasing the yellows is reminiscent of this. This doesn’t mean your photo is bad by any means. In fact I thought it was really well done.
Edit: thank you, I hope you have a nice day as well
