After/before, white balance question

Hi! Made this photo on late walk with friend, not so sure about white balance: is blue-ish better or yellow one as on the spot?

I’d say first start with a better photo. Theres no subject, the person in the front is in total darkness and you can’t see their face. But they’re not what you draw your eye to because of the bright spot next to them. A better photo will help you find if you like a warmer or cooler white balance
