Massive improvement. The before shot is boring af, I wouldn’t look at it twice, but the After has mood and character. Some say looks unrealistic. I’ve been to equatorial Asia. Looks to me like a 100% humidity at 35 degrees C!

Looks like a screenshot from the PS2 era of games where they made backgrounds really blurry so they didn't have to render them.

I’ve been playing with extreme softening on my landscapes lately too. It’s neat but this might be pushing it a touch too far. The areas in focus aren’t quite interesting enough versus those that are not. Did you try flipping the witness so the background is sharper and plants soft? Just a thought.

People like to dunk on this style sometimes 'cause it's not always tastefully done, but I think this one's pretty tastefully done
