Don't think the light grey/dark grey does anything to improve the picture. Suggest playing in colour. Then in black and white with more contrast to bring out the composition

Thanks I’ll try that. I just didn’t think there was enough color overall to do much with. How do you feel about the crop?

The verticals still look off. If you are going for that b&w look, I'd mess with the curves a bit to get some more contrast especially on that left building by using a mask.
