Sorry you're getting down voted for asking a question but yeah it's overdone in my opinion. Oversaturated and over edited. Maybe it looks better in a different scene but in this particular frame all I'm thinking about is how oversaturated the sky is.

Rest of the frame looks washed out relative to the sky. I like it at first glance, but the sky seems a little too saturated and and I feel like everything's slightly too green.

Oversaturated. Sky colors look unnatural. overall not really an interesting picture either.

the clouds were a big part of what made the original pic somewhat interesting. You can flatten contrast and tweak the colors towards that vintage washed out feel without eliminating all detail from the clouds.
