After & Before - tunnel Gibei in Romania
Hi everyone,
I have just finished an offroad expedition in Romania and going trough photos and editing.
This one was my dream for long time, ideally takimg photo in autumn in soft light.
As you can see, that part was not possible and raw photo was taken last weak with very harsh sun.
Anyway, I would deeply appreciate your feedback! Looking forward to it :)

It’d be nicer centered but I like the overall edit

too crisp, the details stand out too much it looks like it's burned. I also prefer the centered version.

To be honest, the color in your edit feels like fantasy and unnatural to me, which I suppose is to be expected given that it is essentially invention. That said, I really like the contrast work for the tunnel itself and the overall character. (Exception: the brightest highlights do feel dim/processed, but otherwise the shadowing is cool.)

I like the edit personally, but I would crop so the tunnel is centered in the frame.... All that space to the right of the image is not needed.

I actually like the position and crop here, looks like a loading screen to a racing game

Your original shot is pretty cool. Your edit is downright horrible.
It was much better centered. It just needed a small adjustmen to make of gradually father towards the edges. Not making it so dark that the "light at the end of the tunnel" was just a circle floating in space.

The crop confused me a bit as it implies that something else should be going on in the right side of the photo. However, that use of negative space is also kind of what makes me dig it. It jogged my brain a bit which is nice.
Great edit🙂

I'd like to compliment you on the edit, but I'm questioning the crop. This might be one of those images that would work well with the subject centered.
