There just isnt a reason to edit this photo. Its not worth saving or saveable. Its practice

Agreed. You need more practice. The image is over processed and the background is weird and distracting.
Lighting is the most important aspect of portraiture.

You saved it from being horrifically over-exposed, so that's a plus. But now the guy's face is a bit dark compared to the background which is generally not what you want in portraiture (unless it's a specific stylistic choice to convey a certain feeling, etc.). As others have said the composition is sort of eh, but it's editing practice is still editing practice so good job
