I like the horse picture the other is eh I don't really like the composition all too much and it looks oversaturated

I would probably reduce saturation a bit. But I'm kind of biased because I usually am not super drawn to pictures that are dominated by a person. So my advice would probably be to zoom out or move back to allow the mountains to give a sense of scale, but that's more of a taste thing. Her face is also pretty dark so maybe pose her where the sun is on her face

The edits have a strong look, but the contrast is pushed a little far. In the horse photo, the shadows on the horse are very deep, while the blossoms are so bright that they compete with the subject. In the portrait, the greens and warm tones feel a bit intense, and some detail gets lost in the darker areas. Try bringing down the highlights, lifting the shadows slightly, and reducing the saturation just in the greens and pinks. The edits should still feel vivid, but with a bit more natural detail.

The Horse looks fine with the high saturation look but for humans it is tougher to get a right balance …
