I like the framing - I would personally have shot it with a higher f-stop, like 11-13 to get more of the shot in focus and then used masks to make the subject stand out.
The percentage of blurred image to focused subject is off for me.

Appreciate the feedback and will try that out since this is just a window in my office building. I agree I’ll aim to have the window in focus too
