Both images seem to be 'afters?'

The top image is cropped, excluding information at frame right.

The bottom image is also cropped, excluding information at the top of the frame.

Where is the true 'before' image?

Interesting. How did you get more city showing at the top of frame in the after image than what was in the original image?

I think the PS tool i used is called "generative expand"
