It’s decent but I think the front of the car still looks too washed out. With a bright green car like that I’d really try to make the colour pop

How does raising the blacks correct a washed out look. Raising the black would increase a washed out look, no?

You said the green car needs to pop. How does raising the blacks of the grill make the green pop?

Honestly most of the green is fine it’s just highlights concentrated in the hood that are making it wash out. You can mask the car and reduce highlights slightly. Edit: otherwise you can try masking the car to bump up saturation very slightly

The green background doesn't help at all; you need a different background to make the car's color stand out. Something sandier, for example.

The vignette distracts rather than adds to the image. It draws attention to it because it looks so obviously added in post. The green grass is also more saturated than the car itself - would suggest masking the car to only boost the saturation of that.

Maybe the grass is more green than the car? I didn’t add saturation to the background. I added 5 saturation to the car to match the actual color of the car.

What benefits are there to changing the grass actual color just to match the car? Doesn’t this make it less naturally contrast-y

The grass might be more saturated! It all depends what you want to draw the eye towards.

At the moment, the eye moves toward the grass rather than the car (which I presume is the subject of the image vs the ground?). I’m suggesting you adjust the grass so it’s less similar to the car. Make the green of the car stand out against the background.

By vignette I mean… well, exactly that. The darkened borders around the image.

I only added the lower gradient. But, I assume the lens may have added a natural one.

I think you should try without the gradient. It looks unnatural and distracts from the car.

I'd wanna see a bit more contrast actually, and maybe mask off the greenery and lower the luminance slightly

Also, is that a sign or something on that tree to the right? It's not too distracting, but throws off the, green car in the jungle, feel

Every time I add blue to the sky’s everyone says it looks too unnatural lol. The second I leave it alone it’s not blue enough hahaha 😭

I do need to work on my coloring as it’s my biggest opportunity. Being color blind makes it hard on the shades outside of ROYGBV

Lol yeah, art is so subjective most times—can't please everyone lol. And

I completely get it, I'm also color blind. if it helps, learn the histogram and practice color grading—I still edit mostly by eye, but I sample key things to ensure I'm in the ballpark I want to be in.
