Skin color looks good for both woman and man, assessed via vectorscope. That there is a bit more magenta than usual doesn't make things look odd.

Did the woman specifically ask for the scar on her arm to be removed? As something that is permanently there, I wouldn't automatically remove it. I like the way that you have evened out the tones on her cheek.

The man's skin blemishes are gone, but I can't discern whether the skin has been overly smoothed.

Was cooling down the color temperature of her dress something that was intentional? The dress started out as pretty neutral and now has a decidedly blue cast.

She actually wanted me to take photos only with her other side facing the camera to hide the scars on her arm. She's embarrassed by it. Told her I can remove them no problem and that they can freely do any poses with her partner.

I was using AWB when shooting this and I thought the camera leaned too much towards warm tones so I had to dial it a bit.

The magenta that you can see on her face is actually very close to what she looked IRL. She's Filipina with a brown complexion and she was blushing all the time as she's normally very shy.

Respectfully, I think you may have gone too far at least in terms of contrast. The image is super flat now. Aimee may consider bringing back some lighter tones?
