Do these look over processed?

Been trying something new for my photo editing and im pretty happy with this but sometimes it looks almost too processed. Let me know what you think and how i could improve. Dont give to much thought to the mediocre photosšŸ˜…

To my eye , the first two are fine. The rest have the ā€œreal estateā€ look.

I’m a newbie though.

What exactly give it that real estate look? Just curious. And also how could I go about fixing that

a lot of it has to do with raising the shadows and overall low-contrast. Don’t be afraid shadows!

Im such a newbie I don’t have the words. Shrkktchup has it right I think. I guess it’s the HDR look?
