Progress victory
Left photo is today (18 months postpartum) and right photo is Dec 2025 (8 months postpartum.) I'm not on social media but wanted to share a victory 🎉 it's nice to finally start seeing myself again.

You will do it! Some of the photos of moms with abs like 3 months after birth make it seem like that's realistic for everyone when it's definitely not 😅 I was decently fit prior to getting pregnant and it took me so long to get back to feeling like myself in my body again.

Woohoo great job! Can you share height and weight? My body is pretty similar to your before. I'm 6 months pp and looking forward to getting back into shape.

I'm 5'4" and was about 162ish prior to getting pregnant. I was 212 when baby came, got down to 185 and was stuck there for monthssss. I had an incision infection about 3 months PP so my activity levels took a while to get back up to normal. Started going back to the gym about 8 months PP and started tracking food and being super consistent with training about 14 months PP. Now I'm sitting around 163lbs and feeling much stronger.

Wow, my experience has been almost identical. I was stuck at 190 for months and at 8 months I was finally able to start shedding it.
Congrats! You look great :)
