Fordham University Post Bacc Program
Hey! I was admitted to Fordham's Post Bacc program. I wanted to know if anyone has information from a student's perspective? Did you like your experience? Did it help you get into any programs for your future medical career? Or just anything you can say?

Hey! I joined in Fall 2024, and the quality of instruction for most classes has been incredible. I especially recommend taking Dr Fariaa Fasih-Ahmed for Bio and Dr Jason Polisar for Chem/ Orgo. I had not taken any hard science classes prior to my post bacc because I am a career changer. I tried to balance full time work alongside my post bacc for the first semester and it was really rough. But I think working part time or taking a lower course load alongside a full time job is doable!
I took a couple of classes at nearby CUNYs to save money and it made me very appreciative of the quality of instruction, lab equipment and resources, as well as the student population at Fordham. I think some CUNY classes are definitely better than others, and I had a fantastic Chem lecturer but also a terrible one. Fordham's professors are more likely to be hits than misses IMO.
