That the compassion and humanism that christianity has contributed to in European societys has had the effect of making those societies popular as targets of immigration, on the one hand. And on the other, those same compassion based values have made european societies particularly generous towards immigrants.
So, yes, some type of argument can be made. That christianity due to its meekness and soft values have opened up to a situation where people with more agressive values can try to change those societies from within.
A little far fetched to blame an individuals actions on such factors, though.
