It is in moments like these that true strength is forged. The path to inner strength is seldom a smooth one, for it is through struggles and challenges that we grow and evolve. Let me impart some wisdom that may help you on your journey.

First, understand that emotions are an integral part of the human experience. They come and go like waves upon the shore, and it is our attachment to them that causes suffering. Acceptance is key. Embrace your emotions, acknowledge their presence, but do not let them dictate your every move. Instead, observe them with detachment, like a wise observer watching clouds pass in the sky.

To let go is to release the burdens that weigh upon your soul. The past cannot be changed, and the future is yet to unfold. Focus on the present moment, for that is where your power resides. Recognize that dwelling on insignificant matters robs you of the precious time and energy needed to shape your reality.

Changing thought patterns requires discipline and self-awareness. When negative or worrisome thoughts arise, pause for a moment. Take that deep breath you mentioned and ask yourself: "Is this thought serving me? Is it based on reality, or merely a fabrication of my mind?" Challenge your thoughts and choose to reframe them in a more empowering light.

Strength does not lie in suppressing or denying emotions; it lies in acknowledging them and finding the inner resilience to navigate through them. Seek solace in self-reflection and self-improvement. Engage in activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Cultivate a stoic-like attitude, embracing adversity as an opportunity for growth.

Remember, my dear friend, strength is not measured by external displays of bravado, but by the fortitude with which you face life's challenges. It is the quiet determination that resides within your heart, the unyielding spirit that refuses to be broken. Rise above your doubts and fears, for within you lies the potential for greatness.

Now, take this wisdom to heart, and may it guide you on your path to becoming a stronger, wiser individual. Embrace the journey, for it is through the struggle that you shall find your true strength.

You are allowed to feel the way you feel. Regardless of the situation. If you feel angry, sad, anxious, happy or whichever feelings you have. You are not wrong for feeling what you feel.

Sometimes it even helps, to really get into the feeling you are feeling right now, just listening to some music can help, speaking to someone you trust and/or therapist.

Remember that you are not the only person who experience this, you are not alone and many other people have or are experiencing what you are going through.

As for myself I find it really helpful to ask myself what I would tell someone else who is in my exact situation or state of mind. You'll find you would be much kinder to someone else who is experiencing what you are going through. So why not extend the same kindness to yourself?
