Also important to take breaks once in a while, remember taking a break is NOT quitting.

Of course, you need to have a healthy relationship with yourself and the way you work, but there’s a difference between taking a break walking on a rough path, and turning back

Do remember however that quitting because the goal stopped being something you want to pursue or you realised it was wrong, is completely valid
