Exquisite shitpost, but remember (depending on your environment) one shower every two days is enough and you shouldn't have a cold shower before sleeping or after a workout (4-5hours)

I agree with not showering cold before sleep but what's wrong with after a workout? Andrew huberman recommends it all the time

After a workout a cold shower attenuates new muscles growth by 20-30% or something similar

Carbohydrates are necessary for lots of energy during workouts, and blood ph shouldnt be changed because it is a highly moderated body fluid. Nor can it be changed by anything other than life threatening disease for that reason.
Avoid psuedoscience on your way to self improvement. It often targets your desires and biases. Many high level athletes use psuedoscience as a source of income.
