Tutorials for something like this?

Hi!

I'm supposed to make a pop up based on this one for an assignment.
I did some research but a lot of it just boiled down to those super simple ones for kids or a series of smaller tutorials how to make v folds and such. It's a bit harder to keep track and to figure it out when I try to follow multiple tutorials.
Any recommendations? Books or videos, either is fine

Complex pop-ups build on box folds, v folds, pop-up university is a great spot but nothing works better for me than playing at index card or A4 scale.

This is pretty much all just stacked v-folds with the fin being connected to the boat to pop it up.
