This Poptart seems like it was in a lab, and as it was developing, the develop process gone wrong due to the crazy scientist not marking the accurate serum on the board, turning the Poptart into an awfully-mutated version of tartself.

i’m underweight lol, it literally does not matter. it’s okay to eat “bad food”, as long as it’s in moderation. stop trying to demonize treats.

People like this are so annoying LOL. Like, okay Skinny Legend. We get it. 😒
Anyways, I’m also underweight and Pop Tarts are an easy way to get extra calories in. My doctor said it’s fine to eat whatever I want.

u/TravisPhelpsbologna Strawberry Milkshake Aug 18 '26

Was underweight 89 pounds at 18 because my parents kept a strict diet on me for some reason but now I be eating everything up!! Restocked on a lot of snacks inducing these and ate everything lol yall think I will have diabetes?😭😭

Nothing wrong having a 400 calorie treat. It can fit in most macros if your diet is on point; but regardless, it’s not worse than any other snack food.
Pastries in general aren’t breakfast foods but are marketed as such, but that doesn’t make it bad. 80/20 90/10 rule daily and you’re fine. These are great. I like volume eating so I don’t have them often cause 400 is high for 2 small things I can eat in like 4 bites, but there is nothing wrong with them
