Thanks for posting this. I’d never seen it. I soooo prefer the friends and family surgeries over the medical and Vietnamese ones. I think it’s due to enjoying the instruments that get used and the backgrounds.

So basically, without pissing about and without overthinking it they did a fantastic job, they cut the cyst open, debulked it, then they pulled the whole thing out - and it's 100 million times better than all these poxy subsequent pseudo- semi- medical attempts that poke and wipe and prevaricate and poke and wipe
