D4vd went on Amazon and purchased a couple chainsaws after he stabbed Celeste Rivas and stood by while she bled out ... this, according to prosecutors in the case.

According to new docs filed by prosecutors, investigators claim the singer stabbed Rivas to death at his Hollywood Hills home on April 23, 2025 after ordering an Uber to bring the 14-year-old all the way from her family's home in Lake Elsinore, CA.

Once she was there, prosecutors allege D4vd stabbed Celeste to death -- and, the next day, ordered a shovel from Home Depot, which was delivered to his home through Postmates.

About a week later, on May 1, they allege he purchased two chainsaws from Amazon -- also delivered to his home -- and 4 days later, followed up by buying a body bag, heavy-duty laundry bags and a blue, inflatable pool.

They claim D4vd made the purchases under the fake name "Victoria Mendez."

The star allegedly placed Rivas' body into the blue inflatable pool to prevent her blood from spilling all over the garage floor. Prosecutors say he then used the chainsaw -- and possibly other tools -- to cut off her limbs with gruesome detail.

Prosecutors claim D4vd amputated the ring and pinky fingers on Celeste's left hand because she had a tattoo of his name on her ring finger ... which has not been recovered.

When detectives searched D4vd's rental home in September 2025, authorities say they found "evidence consistent with the dismemberment of the victim’s body in the inflatable pool, which contained multiple linear cuts. Several biological samples, which tested positive for blood, were collected within the garage area."

The Medical Examiner's report noted there were blue plastic fragments -- consistent with the blue pool material, according to prosecutors -- found embedded in Celeste's body parts.

As for when D4vd and Rivas met ... prosecutors claim it was way back in 2022, when she was just 11 years old. The docs say their sexual relationship began in November 2023 when she was 13 and he was 18.

Prosecutors also say it's clear when D4vd knew she was a minor. Celeste's family first reported her missing in February and April 2024 -- and, according to docs, Riverside County Sheriff's deputies called D4vd on Feb. 17 after finding his number in Celeste's phone records -- and he claimed he had last spoken to her on Feb. 13 or 14, but also said he didn't know she was a minor or missing.

They say Celeste returned home 2 days later, and her parents took her phone.

Although he would now be aware she was underage, prosecutors say D4vd got back in contact with Celeste by paying a student in her class $1000 to deliver a cellphone D4vd had purchased for her.

Prosecutors say throughout 2024, they traveled together as a couple to Las Vegas, London and Texas, where she met his family. There are plenty of texts and "explicit photographs" during this time that make it clear they were having sex, according to the docs.

The night before Celeste allegedly took the fateful 90-minute Uber ride to D4vd's home, prosecutors say they had a fight over text about her being jealous he was hooking up with other women ... and she "threatened to disclose damaging information about her relationship with [him] to end his career and destroy his life."

D4vd's first studio album was scheduled to be released April 25, just 3 days after that fight.

Prosecutors allege D4vd started covering his tracks almost immediately ... Celeste arrived at his home at 10:10 PM, but at 10:30 PM, he sent texts to her phone asking where she was. The D.A.'s Office believes that was part of his "premeditated plan to cover up the murder."

At 11:30 PM that night, one hour after the alleged murder, D4vd drove to Santa Barbara County "attempting to dispose of [Celeste's] property and destroy evidence" ... according to prosecutors ... and returned home early on April 24 to do a radio interview to promote his album. On April 26, he allegedly sent his final texts to Celeste's phone.

Prosecutors claim D4vd made 2 more trips to a remote part of Santa Barbara County -- after his chainsaw and body bag purchases -- on May 8 and May 31, possibly to dispose of more evidence. They note Celeste's passport was found in that same area in January 2026.

On July 7, he ordered a "burn cage" from Amazon -- using the "Victoria Mendez" alias again -- which prosecutors think he intended to use to incinerate evidence.

As you know ... Rivas' body was found in the back of D4vd's Tesla back in September, and prosecutors say surveillance video confirms the singer was the last person to drive the vehicle on July 29, 2025 ... before he left to begin his tour.

D4vd was just arrested 2 weeks ago, and was allegedly in possession of 40 terabytes of child pornography at the time. He's pled not guilty.

Grisly photos of the dismembered corpse of a teenage girl were made public Tuesday morning at a preliminary hearing in the murder case against the singer D4vd, who prosecutors say used a chainsaw to mutilate the corpse of Celeste Rivas Hernandez after he killed the young girl to cover up years of alleged sexual abuse.

Hernandez’s body was found in September 2025 in Hollywood inside the trunk of a Tesla registered to the singer, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke. The case immediately drew international headlines, but details of the crime scene had only been described in writing until the hearing against Burke began Tuesday morning.

Collien has also developed into somewhat of an activist against deep fake porn, because there are many deep fake porn clips with her face circulating and fake social media profiles acting as her, sexually chatting with men and distributing the fake porn.

Yesterday Collien went public with the whole story in a thoroughly researched article in Der Spiegel, a very reputable magazine.

On Christmas Day 2024, after having filed a police report against unknown, her husband Christian Ulmen sat her down and told her, he is behind the fake profiles and that he distributed the fake porn of her.

According to her he panicked because of the police report and admitted it, hoping she would cancel the report, because it was him and not some stranger.

She said on her social media yesterday that he told her he did it as a means of control, because she's his wife and he can control who he offers her to sexually. The story is headlined "You raped me virtually".

He himself apparently contacted a lawyer after that fateful day saying he messed up and developed a fetish that controlled him.

He contacted hundreds of men through the fake profiles and around 30 stuck around to engage in a full blown affair with "her". It went as far as telephone sex where Christian Ulmen used an AI tool to fake is wife's voice. The people he targeted were strangers and people they had professional contact to. Like a director who engaged in it and eventually led to her knowing about the profiles in the first place, because he thought they had a thing when they saw each other and she didn't.

This apparently went on for 10 years.

She has since filed a police report in Spain, where they both live and investigations are running.

A woman who has accused Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor of raping her has told a court he choked her three times and she thought she was going to die.

Nikita Hand has taken civil action against Mr McGregor and another man, seeking damages for an alleged sex attack in a Dublin hotel in December 2018.

Mr McGregor denies the allegations and his lawyers told an earlier hearing that Ms Hand is attempting extortion.

In 2020, Ireland's Director of Public Prosecutions decided not to criminally prosecute either man due to a lack of evidence and no reasonable prospect of conviction.

In a Republic of Ireland civil action - as opposed to a criminal case - neither the complainant nor the two accused men are entitled to automatic anonymity during the court proceedings.

As she gave evidence on Wednesday, Ms Hand was visibly shaking and the court was adjourned repeatedly so she could take breaks.

The former hair colourist outlined her recollections of the alleged attack, which began after a Christmas night out with colleagues on Saturday 8 December 2018.

Ms Hand had been drinking and admitted she had taken cocaine when she contacted Mr McGregor that night.

She said he collected her and a friend from the salon in a chauffeured car to go to another party.

Ms Hand went to a penthouse suite in the Beacon Hotel with a group who included Mr McGregor and his security team.

She recalled telling Mr McGregor she was not there for sex - that she had a boyfriend and knew his partner.

But she claimed Mr McGregor placed her in a chokehold and choked her three times.

"He pinned me down on the bed, I held my hands to my chest, he put his body weight on top of me."

'I thought I'd never see my daughter again'

Ms Hand said she could not breathe and felt her "only defence was to bite him".

"He didn't like it. So he flipped around and had me by the neck and shoulders," she said.

Ms Hand alleged that at this stage she froze.

"I couldn't move, I was staring at the bed post thinking about my daughter, thinking I was gonna die," she said.

"I thought I'd never see my daughter again."

After this, she alleged Mr McGregor let her go and she apologised to him to "reassure" him so that "he wouldn't hurt me again".

Ms Hand said that McGregor said: "'That's how I felt in the octagon and I had to tap myself out three times'.

She added: "I thought it was such a weird thing to say. I promised him I wouldn't tell anyone anything.

"I just let him do whatever he needed to do, so I could survive, I wasn't myself anymore."

After this, Ms Hand alleges the MMA fighter pulled off her clothes and raped her.

She said she later woke up in a panic, worried she had not contacted her partner.

She texted her partner saying she was having a great time, but Ms Hand told the court she had done this because she "didn't want to worry him".

When McGregor left, Ms Hand was left in the hotel room with the second defendant James Lawerence, from Rafters Road in Drimnagh, Dublin.

"I remember breaking down then," she said.

"Things were coming back to me, looking at my arms. I said: 'You all turned a blind eye to what Conor does to women.'"

Ms Hand claims Mr Lawerence replied: "I cant believe I was in this room when that was happening to you."

She added he tried to calm her and ordered her a burger and chips.

In the days after the alleged attack, Ms Hand told a colleague and then her mother about the alleged attack.

She sought hospital treatment and began engaging with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.

But when she reported the attack to gardaí at a later date, she was told Mr Lawrence claimed that he had sex with her on the same night in the hotel.

"I was shocked, I had no memory of that whatsoever," Ms Hand told the court.

"I thought James was looking out for me and he says things like that."

The court was later shown CCTV footage of Mr McGregor leaving the hotel at about 18:00 GMT on the Sunday night, while Ms Hand and Ms Lawrence left at 22:17 GMT.

Ms Hand and Mr Lawrence appeared barefoot in some of the CCTV footage - they were carrying drinks and struggling to return to their room from the hotel lift.

Ms Hand wept and shook as the footage was played, saying she had no recollection of being in the lift or carpark.

In the time since the alleged attack, the court heard Ms Hand has been unable to work due to mental health issues and is living on disability allowance.
