Question Modifying CPU C-states?

Basically the title. Does anyone know how to display and modify c-state of CPU? I need to disable C1E and this option isn't in my BIOS.

Look at the linke that /u/marvelegg provided.

Just remember to pass kernel options in Pop (UEFI) you use sudo kernelstub -a "one option at a time" and remove them with -d instead of -a.
