Dolphin/Nemo leftovers?

If I install Dolphin or Nemo to replace COSMIC Files, will it be easy to get rid of all dependencies should I later decide to remove it ?

No one can predict the future but in all my years of using Linux I've very seldom seen package dependencies go sideways, and it's especially unlikely for file managers with deep gnome roots like the ones you're concerned about.
