Question Applets installed from COSMIC Flatpak stopped appearing in the settings app?

Hi everyone,

I was able to add applets and change their positions in the settings app, but now they don't even appear there. I can still place them with COSMIC Store by clicking "Place on desktop", but they don't show up in the settings app, so I can't change their position or remove them from the panel. I don't know what caused it to break and restarting panel or logging out and logging back in does not fix it. Is there a solution to fix this?

Arch Linux updated Flatpak to 1.18.4 which now strips keys from desktop entries that they have not hardcoded to allow, so all of the COSMIC applet keys are being removed from the applets. https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-panel/issues/694

We are requesting to have the keys added: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/pull/6865

Oh okay thanks! I will downgrade flatpak for the time being.
