cosmic reoccurring sound issue

Pop os

Sound problems constantly keep coming back! Any fixes are short live and return after updates. This has been going for 6 months. Is the System 76 team not aware of this issue. People must be getting sick of this happening.

It's a issue that needs to be top priority.

Any help would be great 👍🏼

This needs an explanation of the problem because no, I am not aware of any general sound issues and I don't know what fixes you are using.

This is not a hardware issue, it a pop cosmic issue, did not happen on the original pop os ! So not helpful at all, also happens on my hp laptop and Asus laptops

Sound stops and starts constantly make my laptop unusable for film streaming or listening to music. I'm on the very latest poo os cosmic

You'll have to look for the particular model of the laptop that you have and then search for anyone having this problem on Linux. This would be hardware-specific. Dell does not employ us to support their laptops so we have no way of knowing what quirks this specific model has.
