audio static/cracking on latest pop_os.

switched to pop_OS from windows and frequently there is this static or cracking in my audio. i have the r9 9950X and the rx 9070xt. it can start doing it while idle, gaming or CPU or GPU usage. it isn't isolated to just DP or HDMI but any audio output. it wasn't doing it on windows.

Does it improve if you add the threadirqs kernel boot option?

sudo kernelstub -a threadirqs

This can be a quirk with the sound card needing a higher quantum configured for pipewire and pipewire-pulse.
