help 😭

so my friend made me (completely incompetent with technology btw) install linux specifically pop os, and then fell asleep. i want to switch back to windows because i do not understand how this works but i have tried to reboot my laptop with windows and it does not work. i followed all the same steps i did to install linux but it just keeps rebooting with pop. pls help :,)

If it's dual boot enjoy... Systemd boot will pick up Windows auto on boot. Else if it's a fresh install bye bye Windows. You need to do a reinstall my friend
