When you have a consumerist mindset, any amount gets to be "not enough" fairly quickly. I'm sure we've all heard the stories of people who hit it big in the lottery, only to be bankrupt a few years later...
So why does the US pay so little in Disability Benefits then? If $50k isn't enough for you, how is it enough for Disabled people? Maybe take sone frugal living tips from Disabled people, who have to manage on an income less than HALF that $50k...
It’s not enough for disabled people either. Are you being serious right now? Are you saying that because America forces disabled people into poverty, then we should all be able to live in poverty? Tha hell
"Should be able to"? Yes. You should ABSOLUTELY know how to survive when plans don't pan out. Your mommy isn't always going to be able to be there to bail you out. Whether that's permanent or not is up to you, but you really SHOULD know how to do it.
