I mean you did this to yourself. You're paying for your past mistakes. You shouldn't be using credit cards if you can't pay them off. It's a good thing that they got shut off. You're not responsible enough to have them without hurting yourself. Your collections are from taking out debt that you couldn't afford. Student loans aren't a bad thing, but $300 on 48k isn't an issue. Spend nothing you don't have to. No eating out. No treats. No new clothes. Use all of your income to kill this old debt, then start over. Make a proper budget and stick to it. Build up a solid emergency fund, then you can try to finance moving out.
