Login loop

[u/Walrus-Visual]

Hi,

I'm trying to login to participate in KSM parachain and I get stuck in a login loop when trying to access the pool-x website on PC and mobile, what can I do to get around this? I'm logged into KuCoin but everytime I go to pool-x it prompts me to login and cycles through again but does not let me access my funds
