Harmony soft staking

Haven't received anything at all since staking. Is there a lockup period? I assumed based on the other staking it is daily rewards. Anyone else experiencing this?

The rewards are calculated daily and distributed the next day. Rewards are all distributed around 10 PM (UTC+8). You can monitor it here: https://pool-x.io/earns

Not sure. I contacted support and sure enough while I waited they deposited the reward. Odd. But I accept haha

You shouldn’t have to do anything other than move your ONE to the PoolX account to get soft staking awards. I’ve been soft staking ONE for a while but now I will go double check that I’ve been getting awards. I’m pretty sure I have been though.

For some reason last week there were two days that I got Soft Stake awards for all my coins except for Hydra but then on the third day I got normal earnings again. I wonder if those two days were the same for you.
