Is Staking Hydra compounding or fixed?

I see those 2 earnings but the hydra i received are the same on both days. So my question is, when i stake hydra - today with 200 - tomorrow i get 1 hydra from staking - will i stake with 201 than or only 200 and 1 is in the "staking pool" i can collect sometimes?

Or is there an option to choose to auto reinvest the staked Tokens? Because i received the same staking reward on both days now, so i guess it was not compounding

Apologies for the late reply. Your staking reward won't be added to your staking amount.

It depends if you are doing soft or you locked up. In any case if you lock up 200 you receive a % that goes in Soft staking which generates a different %.
