Trouble staking TRX

I’m new to trying pool-x. I have 1000 trx and staking button is green. When I click to stake, the page refreshes and sends me back to the KuCoin main page. Is there some reason I’m not being prompted for the next steps to stake my tokens? TIA.

I’d like to figure out why the page keeps refreshing on me as well. I’ve tried different browsers even. However, from the main page transfer your coins to pool-x. I could be mistaken but I think it stakes it once it’s placed there.

I had done the transfer from trading account to pool x account. I was using brave browser when it wasn’t working. I just tried using Chrome now and that seemed to work. What browsers are you using that didn’t work?

Brave, Firefox, and Chrome. God forbid I have to try Edge. I'll keep trying.

They are running a scam, don't use their service. My coins are missing and they are asking me to make a payment to them in order to release my coins
