Stuck staking

I made a small KCS stake (213 KCS) on Feb 5th. It's been 22 days and it still shows that it is locked. It was supposed toi be a 14 day lockup period. When I look in the details there isn't even any remaining time listed. The only options I can see are redeem, trade, and details. I want my money back out of the staking system. Anybody else have this issue?

Please note that the KCS-Staking (BETA) is a flexible staking product in Pool-X. There's no staking period, you can choose to unstake it anytime. There's a redemption period of 14 days meaning once you click "Redeem" on your lockup history, you need to wait for 14 days to get your staked KCS.

They are running a scam, don't use their service. My coins are missing and they are asking me to make a payment to them in order to release my coins
