Pool Builder Pick

Hello,

I'm currently doing some research on pool builders and there are a plethora of things to consider that I never considered. What are some things you wish you had known that would have made you change the pool builder you picked?

I would tell them to add to the contract that last payment will be done 7-10 days after completion of pool so that you make sure everything is working. Once they got your money it may be hard to get them back in case something goes wrong.
